About

An officer of the court,
in service of people.

Shivam Nagpal is an Advocate practising before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court, with more than 300 cases across the Supreme Court, various High Courts and tribunals, including the NCLAT, NCLT, the PMLA Appellate Tribunal, RERA, the NGT and the NCDRC.

During his tenure at the Office of the Additional Solicitor General of India, at Sud & Sud, the chambers of Sh. Jayant K. Sud, he contributed to several high-profile constitutional, commercial and criminal matters, and appeared before a Five-Judge Constitution Bench on multiple occasions.

His practice pairs complex litigation with strategic counsel for a diverse client base, from leading insurers, global manufacturers and listed enterprises to public-sector undertakings, across the country's principal commercial and constitutional forums.

He is empanelled as Assisting Counsel (Public Defender), Supreme Court Legal Services Committee (2025–2028), appearing in legal-aid and remission matters for those who cannot afford counsel, and serves on the Nyaya Bandhu pro bono panel (Delhi), Department of Justice. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, the Supreme Court Bar Association and the Delhi High Court Bar Association.

He holds a specialised certification in Cyber Law from the London School of Economics (LL204, Grade A−), covering GDPR implementation, data regulation and the legal challenges posed by artificial intelligence, and studied international law at the Kathmandu School of Law, Nepal. His commentary on India's industrial policy has been carried by Law.asia.

Before the robes, there was the cause: at eighteen he founded the OrganForLife Foundation, a grassroots movement for organ and blood donation that has reached tens of thousands. That work took him to the TEDx stage and NDTV's We The People.

Beyond the Bar

The law saves rights.
Donors save lives.

India performs only a few thousand transplants a year against more than a million people in end-stage organ failure. At least fifteen patients die every day waiting; every ten minutes a new name joins the list. The OrganForLife Foundation, founded by Shivam at eighteen, exists to close that gap, one pledge at a time.

Campaigns in colleges and communities, blood-donation drives, and conversations that turn a taboo into a decision. Work recognised on national television and the TEDx stage.
